Welcome to Recycleur Ste-Claire. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services provided

Recycleur Ste-Claire offers three services:

• Sale of used auto parts, online, by phone or at our yard
• Scrap car purchasing and evaluation, with free pickup
• Vehicle towing, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

All services are subject to availability and may vary by location.

2. Orders and online payments (parts)

Parts bought on this website are paid at checkout. Prices are in Canadian dollars, and applicable taxes and shipping are calculated before you confirm your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of a price, description or availability error, in which case you are refunded in full.

For car buying and towing, no payment is processed through the website: the transaction is completed in person at pickup, after a clear agreement on the price.

3. Quotes and pricing

All scrap vehicle offers are subject to change based on the actual condition of the vehicle upon inspection. We reserve the right to revise or withdraw an offer if the details provided are inaccurate or incomplete. Towing prices are confirmed before the service, except in emergencies, where the rate is given over the phone.

4. Vehicle ownership and responsibility

By requesting a pickup or selling your vehicle, you confirm that:

• You are the legal owner of the vehicle or have the legal authority to sell it
• The vehicle is free from liens or legal disputes
• You will provide accurate information during the transaction

For towing, you confirm you have the right to have the vehicle moved and have told us its condition and location.

5. Used parts: fitment, returns and warranty

It is your responsibility to confirm a part’s compatibility with your vehicle before purchase; we are happy to help you do so with your VIN. Returns and warranty are described on our Returns and Warranty pages, which form part of these terms.

6. Service availability

We strive to provide prompt 24/7 service, but pickup, towing and shipping times may vary due to weather, location or workload. We reserve the right to delay or reschedule service as needed.

7. Website use

You agree not to misuse or interfere with the functioning of this website. Any use of this site for fraud, spam or unauthorized data collection is strictly prohibited. Descriptions, photos and availability may change without notice.

8. Limitation of liability

Recycleur Ste-Claire is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our liability is limited to the amount paid, if any, for the service concerned.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Changes are posted on this page with a new effective date.
