7-day returns

If a part doesn’t fit or doesn’t match its description, contact us within 7 days of receiving it. The part must be uninstalled, in the same condition and come with proof of purchase.

How to return a part

1. Call or write to us with your order number.
2. We confirm the return is accepted and tell you how to send the part back.
3. Once we receive and check it, we issue a refund or an exchange.

What can’t be returned

• Electrical and electronic parts once installed
• Parts that were installed, modified or damaged
• Parts ordered to special request

Return shipping

If the mistake is ours (wrong or non-conforming part), we cover the return shipping. In other cases, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days after the return is approved.
